Coffee is usually taught in pieces — a farm here, a roastery there, a café somewhere else — and the gaps between them are where quality gets lost. The Centre closes those gaps.
Here, a grower's decision and a barista's pour are treated as parts of the same craft. We bring the full journey into one place so the people who touch coffee at every stage share a common language, a common standard, and a common obsession with getting it right.
